Weston has brought to White Sands extensive experience in both real estate development and real estate project construction. Early in his career he worked for Griswold Controls, a nationwide leader in commercial hi-tech HVAC and irrigation applications. Construction Assistant Project Manager
Edgar Elizondo is a crucial component of the White Sands team. After high school, and unsure of what to do next, he decided to start working alongside his father in the drywall business. Edgar began his career taping and hanging drywall, learning the ins and outs of the trade over the next seven years. He quickly began running his own drywall projects which led him to working on some of the San Fernando Valley’s biggest commercial buildings, and later custom homes in the South Bay. It was here that White Sands caught sight of Edgar’s unbelievable work ethic and his world class attitude. Edgar is currently working towards his C-9 License while helping manage multiple projects in the South Bay. Edgar’s positive attitude can only be summed up by his personal mantra “If I can learn something new today, even if it is only one thing, then I can go to sleep tonight feeling accomplished.”
